2018 Oroville Salmon Festival Vendor Check-In Instructions

Please see below for your vendor location assignment and check-in instructions for the 2018 Oroville Salmon Festival. NOTE: Each location assignment consists of a Zone Letter (A-Z) and a Site Number (1-15).

Please read the instructions carefully before you arrive.

Check-in for both the Food Court and Craft Faire will be from 7am to 9am on Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018. No check-ins will be allowed after 9am. There will be no exceptions and no refunds if you arrive late. Please bring a printed copy of your registration or a valid photo ID with the name you used to register. Streets will be blocked, and you will not be allowed through without a valid registration.

If you registered online but have not received your location assignment via email or if you have any additional questions, please contact us at events@orovilledba.com or by leaving a detailed voicemail at (530) 552-1233 with your name, business name, and contact info. We will try to respond as soon as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for a response. Thanks, and we look forward to seeing you all at this year's Salmon Festival!

Food Court Vendors

Check-in for the Food Court will be from 7am to 9am.

Food Court vendors should arrive at the Huntoon St. entrance to the municipal parking lot.

Bring a printed copy of your registration or a valid photo ID with the name you used to register.

Craft Faire / Entertainment Vendors

Check-in for the Craft Faire will be from 7am to 9am.

All craft vendors can check in at the intersection of Montgomery and Oliver at the road closure and you will be directed to your location.

Bring a printed copy of your registration or a valid photo ID with the name you used to register.
